  • Having co-founded Libra Education in 2017, which helps talented students gain places at top institutions, Oscar Hardy was well aware of the number of talented individuals looking for exciting opportunities post-graduation. Equally, as a business founder, he knew only too well how challenging it could be to find, train, and retain those talented individuals.

    He started Libra Careers to meet this demand, pairing the best graduates with the UK’s most exciting StartUps.

    Oscar sits as a school governor and is a trusted member of the wider education community. In founding Libra Careers, he wanted to use his knowledge and experience in the education sector to provide the best possible training for recent graduates changing careers or entering the workplace for the first time. When he’s not supporting StartUps and graduates, Oscar can often be found running marathons, reading or travelling the world.

Who are we?

  • Florence supports Libra Careers’ mission by designing an evidence-based curriculum for graduates to prepare them for the workplace.

    Having completed the Teach First graduate training programme and made the transition into the private sector, she understands how important it is to equip graduates with the skills and resources necessary to ensure their professional success.

    Florence has a first-class degree in Philosophy and English Literature from The University of Edinburgh, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Leadership in Learning from Northumbria University.

    Alongside curriculum design, Florence enjoys yoga, reading and spending time on the coast.

  • Nina joined Libra in September 2021, managing the strategic planning, development and implementation of marketing and communications across the business. Nina has extensive marketing experience gained across industry sectors including education, e-commerce, technology and retail.

    Outside of work, Nina has a real passion for arts, culture and new technology. She enjoys being outdoors exploring beaches and the mountains, but you can also find her hitting the art shows and festivals in London!

  • Well-versed with providing corporate client services, in addition to being a recent graduate, Omar will be using areas of personal strength and experience to provide all candidates with support. 

    An avid Arsenal fan, Omar regularly attends games at Emirates Stadium. When he isn’t conversing about football he can be found experimenting in the kitchen, listening to music or enjoying the latest in TV and Film.
